Anti-Bribery Management System

1. PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY

Employees and business associates of EPM are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery, whether to solicit or to offer bribes in any form in its daily business activities. Any evidence of bribery will result in termination of employment, legal action and severance of business relationship.

2. COMPLIANCE TO STATUTORY & REGULATORY LAWS AND ABMS

EPM's employees and business associates shall fully comply with the anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in the country where it operates and the ABMS requirements which it prescribes.

3. WHISTLE BLOWING

EPM's employees and business associates who acts in good faith to report any actual or suspected bribery will be protected from any adverse consequences or retaliation (repercussion) even if it may negatively impact the business of EPM.

4. ANTI-BRIBERY COMPLIANCE FUNCTION & GOVERNANCE

The Anti-Bribery Compliance Team consisting of the Governing Board and Top Management, has the competence, status, authority and independence to oversee the ABMS to ensure its effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement.

5. GIFTS, HOSPITALITY, DONATIONS & SIMILAR BENEFITS

EPM's employees and business associates shall not use gifts or benefits in kind to influence business decisions and outcome. All are required to fully comply with the policy and procedures related to gifts and benefits in kind.

6. COMMUNICATION, TRAINING & AWARENESS

This Anti-Bribery Policy is communicated to all EPM's employees and business associates. Additionally, awareness training of EPM's ABMS and Policies are given to all our employees and relevant business associates to further enhance the anti-bribery compliance and culture.
